The introduction of Callebaut marks a quiet shift in the programme. Founded in Belgium in 1911, the brand has built its reputation on producing fine couverture chocolate for chefs and artisans worldwide, working directly with cocoa farmers and overseeing the process from bean to finished chocolate. Known for its consistency and versatility, Callebaut brings a rounded cocoa profile that supports both classic and contemporary interpretations across the buffet.
