An on-site substation at ARAYA - The Eastern Gateway not only guarantees enhanced voltage stability and minimises system discontinuity risks but also provides confidence to businesses that require 24-hour power, particularly in high-tech and digital industries. We anticipate MEA to commence power supply from this substation by 2Q 2027 to accommodate the first group of operators. This affirms the estate's readiness to support investment right from the outset of operations."
A resilient electrical system is essential for tenants at ARAYA Industrial Estate, spanning industries including data centres, semiconductor, food & beverage, and logistics enterprises - all of whom demand stable, continuous 24-hour power.
