With over 20 years of work experience specialized expertise in economic policy, investment promotion, and international relations, Dr. Luxmon has held several senior leadership roles, including:
- Deputy Secretary-General of the Eastern Economic Corridor Office of Thailand (EEC)
- Senior Economist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Thailand Resident Mission
- Positions at the Ministry of Finance, focusing on taxation, capital markets, financial inclusion, and international economic affairs
- Advisor to the President of the Thailand Science Research and Innovation (TSRI)
Dr. Luxmon holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Southeast Asian Studies (Economic Development) from the University of Hull, United Kingdom; Diploma in Economics from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom; and a Bachelor of Political Science from Chulalongkorn University
